1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamtoRank (https://DreamtoRank-static.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date of last update appears at the top of this page.

2. Description of Service

DreamtoRank provides AI-powered UPSC Civil Services preparation tools including adaptive quizzes, Previous Year Questions (PYQ), mock tests, Mains answer writing practice, an AI copy evaluator, current affairs, mentorship booking, and personalised analytics. The platform is operated by Aletheia AI (contact: rahul@aletheiaai.in).

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform resources.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

DreamtoRank offers Free, Pro (monthly), and Annual Pro plans. Prices shown on the pricing page are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout as required under Indian tax law. Your subscription begins on the date of successful payment. Pro Monthly subscriptions are billed every 30 days. Annual Pro subscriptions are billed once per year. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@DreamtoRank.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you retain access until then. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (DreamtoRank-static.vercel.app/refund). Summary: Annual Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of first purchase, provided they have attempted fewer than 3 mock tests or quiz sessions. Monthly Pro subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on DreamtoRank — including quiz questions, explanations, blog articles, UI design, logos, and software code — is the intellectual property of Aletheia AI or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal educational use only. You may not: copy, distribute, or republish content; scrape the platform in bulk; use content to train AI or ML models; create derivative works for commercial purposes.

8. Content Accuracy & UPSC Disclaimer

DreamtoRank is an independent preparation platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or the Government of India. Questions labelled as PYQ are reproduced from official UPSC papers for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors. Always verify critical information from official UPSC sources (upsc.gov.in). Exam outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) share account credentials or allow unauthorised access; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent platform security; (c) upload malicious code or attempt denial-of-service attacks; (d) post abusive, defamatory, or illegal content in any community feature; (e) use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission; (f) scrape or harvest data from the platform using automated tools.

10. Third-Party Services

DreamtoRank integrates with third-party services including Convex (data storage), Anthropic Claude API (AI features), and PhonePe (payments). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

11. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by PhonePe (a service of PhonePe Private Limited). DreamtoRank does not store your payment card or UPI details. Payment disputes must first be raised with PhonePe. For subscription-related billing queries, email billing@DreamtoRank.in within 30 days of the charge.

12. Limitation of Liability

DreamtoRank and Aletheia AI are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, including but not limited to: exam failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or reliance on platform content. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our Grievance Officer is: Rahul Sethi, CEO & Co-Founder, Aletheia AI — rahul@aletheiaai.in. Grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
