1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamtoRank (https://dreamtorank.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The date of last update appears at the top of this page.

2. About Us & Description of Service

DreamtoRank provides AI-powered UPSC Civil Services preparation tools including adaptive quizzes, Previous Year Questions (PYQ), mock tests, Mains answer writing practice, an AI copy evaluator, current affairs, mentorship booking, and personalised analytics. The platform is owned and operated by RANKLYTICS PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U85499UW2026PTC254723; PAN: AAQCR0047K), with its registered office at B-187, Ansal Town, Bagda, Baroli Aheer, Sikandra, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001, India. 3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any other person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform resources.

4. Plans & Billing

DreamtoRank is a paid service. Two plans are offered: AI Pro (₹299 monthly or ₹2,999 yearly) and Mentorship (₹499 per 1:1 session at the platform default rate, or ₹9,999 yearly), along with one-time purchases such as PYQ Deep Analysis unlocks and the Custom Test Builder pass. Individual mentors may set their own per-session rate, which is shown before you book. The Free plan and AI Basic were withdrawn in August 2026; students who had already paid for AI Basic retain that access for the remainder of the term they purchased. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Except for Mentorship yearly, the price shown is the total amount payable with any applicable taxes already included in it, and nothing is added at checkout. Mentorship yearly is quoted exclusive of tax at ₹9,999 plus 18% GST, so ₹11,798.82 is payable; the full breakdown is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Your access begins on the date of successful payment.

5. Term, Renewal & Cancellation

Paid plans are sold as fixed prepaid terms — 30 days for a monthly plan and 365 days for a yearly plan. We do NOT store your payment instrument and we do NOT set up any auto-debit mandate or standing instruction: nothing is ever charged to you automatically. Your access simply ends when the term expires, and continuing is entirely your choice — you renew by making a fresh payment. Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel; you may stop using the service at any time, and you will not be billed again. One-time purchases (PYQ unlocks) do not expire.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://dreamtorank.com/refund), which forms part of these Terms. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway. For any billing query, email billing@DreamtoRank.in within 30 days of the charge, quoting your Razorpay payment ID.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on DreamtoRank — including quiz questions, explanations, blog articles, UI design, logos, and software code — is the intellectual property of RANKLYTICS PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal educational use only. You may not: copy, distribute, or republish content; scrape the platform in bulk; use content to train AI or ML models; create derivative works for commercial purposes.

8. Content Accuracy & UPSC Disclaimer

DreamtoRank is an independent preparation platform and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) or the Government of India. Questions labelled as PYQ are reproduced from official UPSC papers for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, content may contain errors. Always verify critical information from official UPSC sources (upsc.gov.in). Exam outcomes are not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) share account credentials or allow unauthorised access; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent platform security; (c) upload malicious code or attempt denial-of-service attacks; (d) post abusive, defamatory, or illegal content in any community feature; (e) use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission; (f) scrape or harvest data from the platform using automated tools.

10. Third-Party Services

DreamtoRank integrates with third-party services including Convex (data storage), a third-party AI provider (AI features), and Razorpay (payments). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

11. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited), a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. DreamtoRank does not collect, see, or store your card number, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials — these are entered directly on Razorpay's secure interface and handled entirely by them. We receive only a payment reference and the success or failure of the transaction. For subscription-related billing queries, email billing@DreamtoRank.in within 30 days of the charge.

12. Limitation of Liability

RANKLYTICS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, including but not limited to: exam failure, loss of data, service interruptions, or reliance on platform content. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
