Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

DreamtoRank is operated by Aletheia AI (hereinafter “the Company”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all subscription plans and one-time purchases made on dreamtorank.com(“the Platform”). By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription Plans

DreamtoRank offers the following paid plans:

  • Starter: ₹149 one-time (PYQ Analysis — select years)
  • Pro: ₹349 one-time (PYQ Analysis — extended access)
  • Complete: ₹699 one-time (PYQ Analysis — all 34 years)
  • Pro Monthly: ₹499/month + 18% GST — billed monthly
  • Annual Pro: ₹3,999/year + 18% GST — billed once per year

All prices are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). GST at 18% will be charged additionally at checkout as applicable under Indian tax law.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 One-Time Purchases (Starter / Pro / Complete)

One-time purchase plans grant immediate access to digital content. No refunds are provided once access has been granted, as the digital content is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

3.2 Monthly Pro Plan

No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions once a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current paid period.

3.3 Annual Pro Plan

Annual plan subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date
  • The account has accessed fewer than 10 quiz attempts or mock tests during the period
  • No PDF notes, downloadable materials, or offline content have been downloaded

After the 7-day window, no refunds are available for Annual Pro subscriptions.

3.4 Free Plan

The Free plan has no payment and therefore no refund applies.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following circumstances:

  • Request made after the eligible refund window has expired
  • One-time purchases where digital content has been accessed
  • Account suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Dissatisfaction with UPSC results or exam scores (we provide preparation tools, not result guarantees)
  • Partial months of service already rendered
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • GST amounts already remitted to the Government of India
  • Payment failures or duplicate charges — please contact Razorpay support or your bank directly for such cases

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@DreamtoRank.in with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]” and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (format: pay_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
  • Razorpay Order ID (format: order_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to support@DreamtoRank.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have full access to paid features until the period ends.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless the request falls within the eligible refund window described in Section 3.

7. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Monthly Pro subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date each month. Annual Pro subscriptions renew automatically on their anniversary date. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal. To prevent renewal, cancel before the renewal date via your account settings.

8. Payment Gateway — Razorpay

All payments on DreamtoRank are processed securely via Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, Bengaluru, India). Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept:

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
  • EMI (on eligible cards)

DreamtoRank does not store your card details, UPI handles, or banking credentials. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay's secure infrastructure. For payment-related disputes, you may also contact Razorpay support at razorpay.com/support.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge on your statement is unauthorised, please contact us at support@DreamtoRank.in before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We cooperate fully with Razorpay and issuing banks to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

10. Contact & Grievance

For refund-related queries, contact our support team at support@DreamtoRank.in. For escalations, refer to our Contact page for Grievance Officer details as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Payment Security: All transactions on dreamtorank.com are processed by Razorpay using 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
